How we approach accessibility on this website and in the work we do on site.
Effective 1 September 2026
This website is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. It is designed to be usable with a keyboard, with screen readers and at increased text sizes. Colour contrast, focus indicators, heading structure and form labelling are treated as requirements, not additions.
Accessibility is reviewed as pages are added or changed. Where a component falls short of WCAG 2.1 AA, it is logged and corrected. We also provide information about our services in an accessible format on request, at no additional cost.
Campbell Shaw supports accommodation requests on site. This can include scheduling around accessibility needs and adjusting how information about service work is communicated.
