How it runs
Exterior programs follow the property calendar and current site conditions. Routine grounds visits, seasonal transitions and winter service are coordinated around access routes, tenant activity and weather, with completed work reviewed against the agreed property priorities.
Multi-site seasonal coverage
Winter is where portfolios are tested. Service triggers, route sequencing and site priority are agreed in advance so properties are attended in a defined order rather than negotiated storm by storm, with completion records kept per site and reviewed across the portfolio. Spring and fall changeovers are scheduled as one program so no property drifts out of season.
