Service 04
Construction & Infrastructure
Project work usually runs alongside live operations. Scope, sequencing, site protection and handover requirements are established before mobilization, whether the assignment is one renovation or a program of upgrades across several properties.
Capabilities
- Interior renovation and tenant fit-out around occupied space
- Demolition and strip-out with dust control and disposal handled
- Civil infrastructure covering slabs, approaches, drainage and hardscape
- Site improvements: access, parking, laydown areas and yard surfaces
- Facility upgrades staged to limit operational disruption
- Non-standard repair, remediation and site-improvement projects assessed individually

How it runs
Projects begin with site review, scope definition and a sequence suited to the operating environment. Mobilization, protection, trade activity, waste removal and close-out are coordinated as distinct phases, with progress reviewed against the agreed scope and site constraints.
Repeatable programs of work
Recurring capital and improvement work can include washroom refits, flooring replacement, and repairs to lots and approaches. A repeatable specification is applied site by site so each property benefits from what was learned at the last. Phasing follows the portfolio operating calendar, with progress and close-out documentation kept in a consistent format for every location.
