How it runs
Each assignment is defined by role, shift, site access and escalation requirements. Personnel are briefed on the operating environment and expected duties, while Campbell Shaw coordinates scheduling, attendance and on-site support with the client contact.
Shared coverage across sites
A portfolio can draw on one trained pool rather than staffing each building in isolation. Personnel are cross-briefed on more than one property, so absence, turnover and short-notice demand are covered from within the account instead of restarting recruitment. Scheduling, attendance and coverage are reported centrally, with the account lead accountable for every site.
